About Your Role

Our Above Water Systems team provides engineering & maintenance services to Royal Australian Navy vessels and commercial ships. We’re proud to bolster Australia’s sovereign capability through operational support to our defence partners. With ongoing training programs and a team of over 500, our people have room to grow and develop an impactful career with us.

Located centrally in Woolloomooloo your role purpose will be:

  • Maintain PMO monthly cycle for on-time project delivery.
  • Support project management structures and baselines.
  • Assist Bid Manager in document production.
  • Administer document repository (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Create document templates and offer user guidance.
  • Coordinate Bid Review actions and track author progress.
  • Aid in response production and tender submission.
  • Support post-bid activities: archive, audit, report.
  • Enhance Bid Team processes with new tools.
  • Provide admin support for projects.
  • Maintain project records and file systems.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project artifacts.
  • Assist with reporting and meeting preparations.
  • Handle travel arrangements and cost reconciliation.
  • Process purchase requests and receipts.
  • Coordinate business events and functions.

How about you?

  • Business Administration, Engineering, TAFE Certificate, or equivalent experience.
  • PMO experience over the full project lifecycle activities.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a positive and helpful spirit.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
