In 2018, I joined the Group as Chief AI Architect for North America. I lead an artificial intelligence center focused on deploying AI solutions for mission-critical and safety-critical applications, primarily in the aerospace and defense domain. Thales placed its trust in me and established an office in Cincinnati where we work on various AI applications such as tactical mission planning for helicopters and high-altitude gliders. I'm proud to be part of a global AI leader that's dedicated to ensuring the technology is safe, reliable, and ethically developed.

As a VP of Human Resources, my work entails strategy, people development, employee engagement and more. I strongly believe that work-life balance is essential for a fulfilling and productive work life, so dedicating time to personal interests, like playing cricket on weekends, refreshes my mind and body. I have been playing cricket my entire life, mostly at a professional level. To me, Cricket fosters teamwork, discipline, and physical fitness, which all enhance overall well-being. Over 24 years at Thales, I’ve had the privilege of working across 3 countries and in various exciting roles. From my time in Canada, where I was hands-on with urban rail projects, to collaborating with engineers in China and Singapore, every experience has been eye-opening. In France, I supported different business lines at HQ, gaining insight into global operations. My journey continues now at Thales InFlyt Entertainment in California, focusing on innovation and intellectual property.
