Young Techies Programme
Thales in Portugal offers the one-year Young Techies Programme annually to help engineering graduates transition into the professional world. Participants join real projects, work with experienced teams, and receive mentorship and regular feedback to develop their skills. The programme fosters collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth, fully integrating participants into the company from day one. Successful graduates may have the opportunity to continue their careers at Thales beyond the programme.

Global experience, early on
International students can join us for around six months through our International Internships in real teams, real projects, and real experience. During this time, interns collaborate with diverse, cross-cultural teams, gaining valuable insights into global technological solutions. As an intern, you can receive mentorship and professional development opportunities that prepare you for an international career in the tech industry.
