Parental leave
Our employees are entitled to up to 52 weeks' maternity leave. This is regardless of the number of hours you work and your length of service. Fertility & Menopause support
Our programmes promote flexible working to attend appointments during working hours, and includes one weeks-worth of leave for all employees going through Fertility Treatment or preservation.
