"As a young Emirati engineer, I initially felt nervous joining Thales. However, the collaborative work environment and supportive team quickly helped me build confidence and feel at home. I am actively involved in Industry 4.0 initiatives, including the integration of collaborative robots, automation of production lines, and implementation of smart manufacturing techniques as part of the Abu Dhabi Thales Emarat Technologies. "At Thales, work is rarely monotonous and is keeping me very busy like most of us. While my work is engaging and I enjoy being in the office which offers an international environment, I also like spending time outside. I’m a very sporty person and I love sailing.
